Sang Kee Noodle House: The Sheraton does come with a breakfast buffet at Sang Kee (7-10am) and a light continental breakfast in their club lounge, but we have not heard much good about it. If you want to stay for their regular hours, the Dim Sum Brunch (11:30am-3pm) is very good. If you would rather be doing scribal things, here are some other breakfast options
Spread at Penn (menu)

If you like Montreal-style bagels, this is the place. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating
- Mon – Sun 7am – 2:30pm or until sold out
Axis Pizza (menu)
20 S 36th St (map)
I know it says pizza, but it’s in the basement of an apartment building and serves buffet-style breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You pay by weight (or can order a la carte delivery), and it’s a reasonable price (not published on the website… let’s see if I’ll get around to checking what the rate is)
- Mon – Sun 9am to 10pm
Schmear It (menu)
3601 Market St #5 (map)
If you would rather have some New York style bagels (that are slightly above average, but not the best philly can do), you can find them here. But instead of focusing on the bagel, this place focuses on the topping and hand mixing combinations for you like Coldstone Creamery.
Mon – Fri 7:30am-1:30pm
Sat – Sun 8am-1:30pm
