What are Proceedings articles?
These are articles and handouts written on various heraldic and scribal topics that either supplement classes held at the event or stand on their own, and that get posted on the SCA College of Arms website. They count as no-photocopy sources for the purposes of documenting heraldic submissions.

How do I submit an article?
Please complete the form linked here if you are interested in submitting an article or handout. You will be sent a link where the file can be uploaded when it is written, and provided with a release so that we can publish the article after the event.

PDF preferred, but an editable format (e.g., Word or Google Docs) is acceptable, and will be converted to PDF for publishing.
Dyslexic-friendly, sans-serif fonts are preferred for the articles. Please use font sizes no smaller than 10 pt if possible.
Some editing may be needed for readability — if this is the case, or there are other issues with a submission, the Proceedings Editor will contact you.
Publication
Compilation and editing will take place after Pennsic. Further timeline updates will be posted.
